My Friends in UPSI....

After all of the post i finally realise that i haven't introduce my friends in UPSI..so today post will i introduce my friends in UPSI...(majority of my friends in malay..because in my class only have three chinese)..

My first friends is Syukran...i meet him when we go plant tree in Proton City..he from the same state as me...Pahang..but we live in different area..he live in Kuala Krau..this is his facebook account URL..if got time go to see it..(http://www.facebook.com/syukran.wahab?sk=info)..he was a funny guys..i didn't see him mad since we study in the same class...maybe he didn't have any temper or he just hide it in a corner...who knows..what i known is it was fun to friends with him...his room is very near to my room..it only take a few siep to reach his room...so everytime i got free i will hang out in his room...and also because of assignment...i don't known why we got so many thing to talk...maybe because of we are same kind of people...or maybe we have the same size..(he small a bit compare to me)....we always doing stupid thing together..like play games until 4 o'clock in the morning.(in holiday)..talking some stupid thing that make people want to hit us on the face...and so many thing...i hope we will still friends when we graduate from UPSI...

Next is Melvin...same like Syukran..i meet him when we plant tree at Proton City...he is from Perak.and which area he stay i not so sure...(because his facebook didn't mention it)...here is his facebook URL (http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100002549749404&sk=info)...when i first time saw him...he is really smart and handsome...but after i known him...he still handsome, smart....and kind of crazy in funny way...he also one of the crazy people that play games with me until 4 o'clock in the morning...just like Syukran..he also will do something crazy when he is really active...but when he is stress from assignment then he will start to get serious...this is good thing.....sometimes he will talk something stupid to make us laugh..like when in the BI class.........

Lecturer: OK, we will start the test at 5 o'clock...

Lecturer: OK, according to my watch it already 5 o'clock..you all want to follow my time or your time..??

(of course we want to follow our time, because we can have sometime to do revision)

I have a lot of fun when i hang out with him...and cannot forget.he also at the same room as Syukran..so i can hang out with both of them in the same time....Melvin also teach us a few new word like pipi and chacho....><

Third is Firdaus..same like Syukran and Melvin..we meet when we plant tree at Proton City...he is from Kelantan, Pengkalan Kubor..this is his facebook..(http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100000947049037&sk=info)...i don't known how to describe him..because he can be funny,can be crazy can be serious and can be anything in any time.....but i was fun to hang out with him...he was so pro in drawing...i have look at his creation before..everthing he draw just like real...but he said he not good in colour...this was a bit imperfect for his drawing....he also a gamer and a anime fans.....everytime i saw him not games then sure is anime...maybe he mainly get all the inspiration from these two media...just like the other two of my friends..he also like to do crazy thing...like today said want to go KL..then tomorrow he will go without any planing....just like one of my friends in Kuantan....but i can tell from his daily life..he actually a good boy in house...for conclusion he was a great friends to hang out with.......and sure do crazy thing together...^^

OK..i think i will introduce my friends until here...but my friends not only these three..it still got a lot like Anif, Muklis, Hua, Tony, all my classmate and so much more...but it was impossible to introduce one by one here..so if i have time i will introduce them to you all loo....Thanks for reading...Thank You..^^

The Environment in UPSI...

Today post i will talk about the environment in UPSI.....UPSI have two campus..(actually is three but the other one is to small to call a campus...it names is Taman Bernam)...the old campus is at Tanjung Malim..and the new one is at Proton City...so if compare to other U..UPSI campus is a bit small because it separate in two different place..but the environment in campus is very suitable for student to study and do some daily activity...when in study day our campus will be crowded by people...especially area near the back door....every second full with people that walk in and out the campus...actually i more prefer the campus like this, because before the degree student came back from holiday..the whole campus only got us....it kind of creepy...although it is in the morning....

My first impression when the first time i step in the campus...i think is the feeling "i'm finally a U student"..although i only diploma..but i sure i will make it to degree...when the first time i step in the campus area...the first thing i scare is "will i get lost"...because there was many building inside our campus...more over i still a newbie back to that time...i most unforgettable experience in the campus is when my classmate and i really get lost in the campus...that time we need to go Lab..but in this campus got over 100+ Lab...and lecturer didn't mention which lab so we go to find all the place in campus....from north to south...almost all the possible place got our footprint...we walk until our back is sweat like pool..finally we find the lab..and we almost late for half hour to class...but luckily lecturer forgive us and the class start "peacefully"..except for our back (sweat)....

There was a art park in our campus...all the artwork of our senior is place in the park..it look beautiful.but majority i don't known what are there....maybe my artistic still didn't reach the level for me to understand what are their....there also got a few arbor in the campus area...it is for us to hide from rain when raining day and for us to rest when got free time between the class....but i usually will go to library when free time..because gor air-conditional...

And there also three bus-stop at the back door of campus....each bus-stop got it own destination...like us that live in KHAR will have to wait the bus at bus-stop 2.....if you ride the wrong bus then you will have to wait sometime in the bus until the bus back to campus..(but this situation never happen on me..)...

My Kolej (KHAR) 2....

Continue with the facilities in my kolej...

Next facilities is the TV room...each block have own TV room...so total got three...two is for girls and on eis for boys....in the TV only got three thing a lot of chair, a TV and fans...so we cannot doing anything except when onside the TV room..it will be more crowded if the football season is coming...the TV room will full of football fans..and it will become so hot inside the TV room...that why i only go in once or twice since i got here....what make boy's TV room so special is...in boy's TV room got Astro but not the girl's TV room....but for me got Astro didn't got Astro also same to me...because i won't go inside there except got special condition...

Followed by the snooker room in our kolej....this is the only place i never want get inside before..because it need to pay....if i not mistaken is two ringgit per game....this one reason why i don't want to get in...second is i don't known how to play it...even how to hold the snooker stick i also don't known....so i thinkis waste of my time to go inside there.....i also not sure what is inside the snooker room..if i'm right..inside the room got one snooker table, a fan and a few snooker stick....that all i known about the snooker room..

Discussion room..this room is make special for us to make group discussion...it never use before the degree student came back but now it always full with people..in the room have six table...and the most important thing is it have air-conditioner...so the temperature will chill cool even when red hot sun outside..i honestly said that i never get inside this room....not i'm never doing a group discussion but i'm doing it in other place...i usually doing group discussion in cafe..because it more comfortable if inside the discussion room..we will have to share the place with other people and we cannot make any noise inside there..because scare to disrupt other people..

My Kolej (KHAR)....

Kolej Harun Aminurrashid or in shortform KHAR....where i spend the first sem in university..it also the biggest kolaj in our university..in this kolej have three block..block 1..block 2 and block 3..but only block 2 for boys and other block is all for girls..i think this in normal situation because in university girls always more than boys...haha..=.=

When i first time see this college..i feel amazing and a bit worry because in every block have nine floor and normally an university block didn't have lift so if i live in nine floor and every day need to climb up and down nine floor...i think no need two month i will fit like Arnold Schwarzenegger (Terminator main character actor)..but all of this just a dream when i saw my life saver-the lift...^^

And about the facilities in my kolej...just like kolej in other U...it got an cafe for us to eat..a gym to keep fit..and other useful facilities...

The first thing i want to introduce about the facilities in my kolej is the cafe...

Cafe...i sure all my colleagues familiar with this place..because in the first week when i reach here..almost everyday i eat at here (i don't go out to eat because i'm not familiar to the place and also i'm a newbie here.so is better to eat inside the kolej)..and everyday spicy food make my stomach feel weird and every time i finish eating..i sure will need to spend some time in toilet..in the cafe got maybe about four round table and six square table..and a lot of plastic chair...the cafe haven't rest since the degree student come back from holiday...every day every time sure got a group of student sit in the cafe to discuss their assignment or project..of course i'm one of them..but i usually will go down at night because at night the weather no as hot as morning and evening....

Next...is our kolej's gym...just like other gym..our kolej gym got all the equipment for us to keep fit or build muscles...from hand to leg...for now i think the gym haven't open to girls yet..about the reason i don't why loo...in our gym also got two ping pong table...my friends always play ping pong there..but nearly he didn't go anymore..maybe is cause by endless assignment...

Followed by the dobi...this is the place where we wash our cloth..(i go there once a week because at the end of the week i lazy to wash all the cloth by hand)..in our dobi got six washing machine and three drying machine..(i usually didn't use the drying machine because if use both of them it cost me four ringgit)...i don't known other kolej..but in mine kolej use washing machine once need to pay two ringgit and drying machine also two ringgit...from the start of first sem i think i only use once the drying more over i share with my friends...

My Library in University...

The library was located in front the SITC hall...it was a big building..we can see it from far..this building got 4 or 5 floor...in each floor got different categories of book...from music to the book that about computer software..all is inside this building..and about the design inside our library...it design like a super market..when we first go in got a security counter...because we are not allow to bring bag inside the library..then after the security counter is the reception..next is a row of counter that use for the process borrow and return book...

Although our library got 5 floor but inside it don't have a lift...so when we want to borrow book we have to climb up the stair to find the book we want..but there was a system that help us to find the location of the book that we want to borrow...beside the stair got a few computer that use especially for searching book in library...and about the name of the system i forget already...

In the library got a lot of facilities..one of it is CC...of course is free...at the ground floor of our library..got one area..we call it "green zone"..in this area computer is prepared for us to online..the only thing we need to do is change the PC card with our matrix card at the counter...after we insert the PC card in the computer then we can online to do what ever you want..like facebooking...miniclip and others..but what is important is keep quite...because it will disturb other people....when i still a newbie here...i always come here to online because that time i didn't have a laptop so when i got free time i will come here with my friends to online here....but we only online for a while because it feel not comfortable when doing something like facebooking in library...it look weird...

For the book inside the library...each book have their own code..all of it is being arrange according to their code from A to Z...different group of books will be place in different floor...like A until E is in first floor and so on....this make us more easy to find book...first we search the book in the computer beside the stair first then  we note down the code of the book..and the book hunting start....you will find the book if you go to the right floor and right rack...but for us mostly we need about ten minute to find one book...because we still not get use the environment....

My PC Lab.....

This lab is the place that we learn all the video, audio and picture software..the lab was located inside a building that call IT center..this building place at the most left when we entering the U area (i mean from back door)..it about five minute of walking from bus stop to this building....
In the building have more than ten lab...and each lab have 30++ computer, a projector and sure got air-conditional..(this is compulsory to all computer lab)..all the lab inside the building have it own purpose..like lab 1 is for picture editing...lab 2 is for audio editing and so on...for now we only use three lab in this building...the first lab that we use is for picture editing..and the software is call Photoshop...this is a software that use for cut..add colour even change the background of the picture...i been use this software to create many creation..but majority is the basic one...because we haven't learn all the function in this software...

Second lab is use to producing simple anime..and the software we use is Adobe Flash..this software look easy to use..but it actually very hard to use...especially for the newbie...until now i still got a bit blur about this software..where the button located...how to give commend...how to make button...all of this i still in learning process..(although it was end of the sem)...so i think i need to put more effort in this software..

Third lab is use to edit audio and video...the software that we is open source Audio City and Adobe Premier...both of this software i already get use of it...but i think the Adobe Premier i still got a lot to learn..because lecturer only teach a small part of the software...(this is because we already run out of time)..but it quite nice to use both software to edit audio and video...how to cut a video, add effect on the video, change boy to girl voice in a song even change to chipmunk sound also in the range of the function of this software...i have a lot of fun in this two software..and i believe my classmate also...

My PC Lab (Pentagon)...

This is the place that my friends and i learn all the thing about computer...from processing unit to operating system..all we learn from here..in this pentagon have about 10-12 computer lad..but in normal condition we will only use lad 8..and in each lab have about 20-25 computer..enough for one class..a projector and a big white screen (it actually a white wall..but the sticker around it make it feel like white screen)...why this building name is Pentagon...i tell you...because the shape of this building is in pentagon shape..so that why we call it pentagon...

My lecturer will use the projector when in our lesson...all the information will display on the white screen..and while lecturer explain it..we will listen carefully and if necessary we will note down the important point..(but we usually didn't do it because we didn't have enough time to note down it...but luckily lecturer got upload the note in Student Portal..so we can do some revision when the test is coming..)..

We have two class in this lab..one is Kuliah (where lecturer teach us all the software and hardware) and second is Lab (in this class we will do our project with some advise from our lecturer)...we usually will bring our laptop when Lab..because the computer in the lab cannot support heavy file..if not it will restart and the project we doing in the computer will disappear like wind....so that why we bring our laptop..(this accident didn't happen on me but it happen on one of my friends..the assignment need to hand in today but the accident make her late to hand in)...and about the Kuliah..it just like we study in high school..lecturer explain then we heard it and take note..if don't understand need to ask immediately if not it will be problem..because all the thing that lecturer explain in the Kuliah all is related..is you don't understand previous chapter then the chapter after this you will be confuse...

The place that i seat is near to the lecture table..so i cannot do anything like facebooking, gaming or chatting online with my friends.if i do like this...for sure my name will be called and what happen next i also don't known.(because i didn't do like this before so i don't known what will happen...)

My Kuliah (B.E Learning)...

This is one of the place where i study everyday in UPSI...this place we call it Bilik E-learning or Bangunan Ultraman...why we call it this name because the shape of the building really like Ultraman...this is the photo of the building...first time when i see this building it really weird because it shape really like Ultraman..i don't known why their build the building like Ultraman shape...maybe got other meaning beside the shape...

About the decoration inside the building it feel like a shopping mall..when we step in the building the first thing that we see is the reception desk and a few big sofa...this is the place that we rest while we got free time between two class...if we too tired we will take a nap at there (but before this i just try to sleep here once, because really embarrassed to sleep at public place)..the next thing i have to said is about the lift...there was two lift at our right hand side after we passing the reception desk..if i said the size of two lift is different would you believe it...but this is true..the two lift inside the building really different in size..left hand  side one is a bit small..(if for a big guys like me..it only can fit six of me inside the lift)...and the right hand side one is a little big than the other one...

Our class is at fourth floor of the building..if i'm not mistaken is B.E 14...this is how our classroom look it just like high school classroom..got one big teacher desk, a lot chair and foldable table....but what make this room so special is it got air-conditional and few high-tech teaching equipment...our lecturer mainly will use the projector when in the class..because it easy to use and it is visible even student sit at the back...

When the lecturer is not in class..i take this time to take a photo from our classroom's window..this is one of the building inside our university 'Bangunan Fakluti Bahasa'..this is the place where all the office of all the lecturer of Falkuti Bahasa located..(i take this photo when degree student still in holiday..so it got a bit quite..but maybe now will lively a bit because the degree student is back from holiday..)

My House....

This is where i live for the first sem in UPSI..it was a big house..got four room and two toilet ...each room can live two people..but lucky for me i'm alone in one room because my roommate is transfer to Matrix...start it quite lonely because everyday alone in one room...but after a few month i already get use of it...i think i get more personal space and freedom by living alone in one room...when i play music from my laptop i no need to worry that it will bother other people study..and sometime i can invite my friends to my room for doing assignment...i still remember got one time that my friends and i doing assignment until 4 o'clock in the morning and their sleep in my room...although tired but i quite happy that my friends can enjoy their time in my room (actually i quite scare my friends cannot sleep well in my room)..

Back to my house..in the living room of my house got two wooden table and eight wooden chair..the is the place where my housemate eat and doing something crazy most the time...when i first time move in...there was nothing on the floor only a few mm thick dust...maybe this is because long time didn't have people clean it so the dust accumulated day by day..my parent and i have to wash the whole house in order to clean all the dust and rubbish..and one more thing that make feel amused is the spider that hang on the ceiling of my house...the spider is in all kind of size..from small like sand until big like my thumb...i feel amused by just thinking of it.....but all of this gone like wind after i clean the house with my parent...

there was a cupboard in the living room..but i think we didn't use the cupboard much because we have nothing to store in it..except to store the rice cooker when we didn't use it....and also all the plastic product like plastic bag and bottle...if i not wrong now we already got 30 plastic bottle (including small and big size one) and A LOT plastic bag store inside the cupboard....

The thing that i like the most is the balcony..the view from the balcony is really amazing..got tree even can see the mountain..i always stand at the balcony when i feel stress and if there was no body in house i will play some music from my guitar but this situation rarely happen except i really stress from doing assignment or something else.....
